Jacob J. Davis, 29, of Cromwell was taken into custody Aug. 29, at Howard and Elm streets on a Union County warrant for the charge of failure to appear on the original charges of possession of paraphernalia, interference with official acts and public intoxication.
According to a Union County District Court document, Davis was to appear in court Aug. 26 for pre-trial hearings on the original charges and did not appear.
Davis was transported to the Union County Jail and held on $900 cash or surety bond.

Anita R. Fasce, 66, of Creston, was taken into custody at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on the charges of disorderly conduct - loud raucous noice and unlawful possession of prescription drugs.
According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 7:48 p.m. Fasce was yelling during a family disagreement in a public alleyway. She was told by officers to stop yelling several times. Fasce’s yelling caused a brief disruption amongst the family.
After being taken into custody, Fasce was searched and 19 cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride prescription pills were found in her belongings. One pill was in a baggie and 18 were in a pill bottle prescribed to someone else. Fasce admitted this and said she took the pills.
Fasce was transported to the Union County Jail where she was released from after posting $1,300 cash or surety bond.

Christopher R. Fasce, 44, of Des Moines, was taken into custody Aug. 31, in the 400 block of Maple Street on the charges of interference with official acts, public intoxication and three counts of assault with intent to cause pain or injury.
According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 7:48 p.m. Fasce was involved in an altercation with several members of his family.
During the incident, Fasce punched a male family member several times when the victim attempted to calm him down while he was fighting with other members of the family.
A second male victim was grabbed and punched by Fasce when the victim attempted to get him to leave the residence after the fighting occurred.
A third victim, an adult female, was pushed and punched in the stomach by Fasce.
After being identified by witnesses, Fasce began to walk away from the scene. He was commanded by officers to stop but instead looked at them and fled on foot.
Contact was made in the alley of the 400 block between Elm and Maple streets. Fasce was observed to have slurred speech, bloodshot, watery eyes and the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. Fasce admitted to being intoxicated. He consented to provide a breath specimen for chemical testing which indicated his BAC to be .175%.
Fasce was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from after posting $1,500 cash or surety bond.

Michael E. Walker, 52, of Creston, was taken into custody Sept. 2, on North Oak Street on the charges of disorderly conduct - loud raucous noise and public intoxication.
According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 6:08 a.m. a disturbance was reported in the 200 block of North Oak Street. Walker was reportedly pounding on an apartment door and yelling loudly. The incident prompted other residents to call 911.
Contact was made with Walker and a strong odor of a consumed alcoholic beverage was observed coming from his breath. He also had slurred speech, impaired balance and bloodshot, watery eyes.
Walker refused to consent to a PBT. After being taken into custody he was searched and a flash containing alcohol was located in his pocket.
Walker was transported to the Union County Jail and held on $600 cash or surety bond.
