Creston Police: Dog jumps fence to attack neighbors dog

Kayla M. Harris, 37, of Creston, was cited Aug. 18 for the charge of animal at large.

According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 10:59 a.m. a dog belonging to Harris jumped a fence in the 600 block of North Elm Street and attacked another dog at a neighboring property. According to the victim, this was not the first time the dog has done this and it has become a normal occurrence.

Harris was cited and released on a summons to appear.
