Creston Police: Creston man charged on Union Co. warrant

Nicholas A. Foltz, 43, of Creston, was taken into custody 7 a.m. July 2 at Adams and Elm streets on the charge of driving while suspended. He was additionally cited for a registration violation.

According to a Creston Police report, Foltz was observed driving a 2018 GMC Sierra on Adams Street. Foltz has a suspended license. The trucks registration expired in 2024.

Foltz was cited and released on a summons to appear.

Alex R. Cunningham, 34, of Creston, was taken into custody 9:46 a.m. July 2, at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County warrant for the charge of failure to appear on the original charges of eight counts of theft, fifth degree.

According to a Union County District Court document, Cunningham was ordered to appear July 1 for an initial appearance on the original charges and did not.

Cunningham was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from on after posting $2,400 cash or surety bond.
