Adair County: Macksburg man charged for failing to appear in court

Tommy D. Watters, 49, of Macksburg, was taken into custody 7:48 p.m. June 19, at the Clarke County Jail on an Adair County warrant for the charge of failure to appear on the original charge of driving while barred.

According to an Adair County District Court document, Watters was ordered to appear Dec. 20, 2024, and did not.

Watters was transported to the Adair County Jail where he was released from after entering a guilty plea and being granted a suspended jail sentence.
